From Heaven = From Within
In Heaven = Within Our Hearts
Mat 3:17
“Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: and lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Within
From Heaven = Within
Whenever there is mention of:
‘The Kingdom of GOD’
Or:
‘The Kingdom of Heaven’
Or
‘The Kingdom’
We are not talking of an earthly, or a physical kingdom.
But a kingdom that is within
My kingdom is not of this world!
“Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews? Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me? Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all. But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews? Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.”
John 18:33-40 KJV

“And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
Luke 17:20-21 KJV
And:
“Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; and hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; that they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.”
Acts 17:22-31 KJV
So here we see clearly that we are talking of a ‘spiritual’ kingdom; not made with ‘human’ hands.
Nor of human design or device.
It is not something that we can observe with our physical eyes, nor necessarily hear with our earthly ears!
It is not somewhere in places made by man;
nor is it found amongst the other various ‘kingdoms’ of man.
It is not established, by force, nor by fear;
nor by man himself.
It is an heavenly; a spiritual kingdom;
in which GOD dwells in his fulness and reigns supreme!
The kingdom of GOD resides in the hearts and minds of every living being.
It is, at once, everything, everywhere and everyone.
It is the power of creation.
It is everything, everywhere, everyone;
it is every being; every particle, every molecule, every atom.
It is inherent everywhere.
It is in the air that we breathe.
It is the energy that holds all things together.
It is all things, everywhere; all at once;
in every present moment of now.
‘For in him; in GOD and in his kingdom;
we and all things, (everywhere and at all times and space; in any conceivable, imaginable and unimaginable:
in every dimension; past, present and future):
live and move and have our being.’
It is established in righteousness; in that which all things consist and derive their being and identity.
‘For the kingdom of GOD is within you’!
As well as in us!
In which there is no distinction, discrimination, or inequality.
Where there is no bias.
In which there is no respect of persons.
Where all things, everywhere are included.
Where nothing is excluded.
Where there is no separation, between GOD and that which is not of GOD
Where GOD alone is.
And all else is in GOD
Where nothing, is not GOD
Where GOD is all things, everywhere;
at all times.
Where there abides, faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love.
For
GOD IS LOVE
And
ALL IS LOVE
Where
ALL ARE ONE
And
ONE IS ALL
ALL THAT IS

righteousness (n.)
“character of being righteous; purity of heart and rectitude of life; the being and doing right; conformity in character and conduct to a right standard;” an alteration, attested by early 15c., of Middle English rightwisnesse “rightwise,” from Old English rehtwisnisse “justice, conformity to divine or moral law;” see righteous + -ness. The original form is now obscure or archaic. Tyndale (1526) has “Blessed are they which honger and thurst for rightewesnes” where KJV has “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness” [Matthew v.6].
righteous (adj.)
an early 16c. alteration of the older word, rightwise, which is from Old English rihtwis, of actions, “characterized by justice, morally right,” of persons, “just, upright; sinless, conforming to divine law,” from riht (see right (adj.1)) + wis “wise, way, manner” (see wise (adj.)). The alteration of the ending is by influence of courteous, etc. As a noun, “those who are righteous,” Old English rehtwisan. The meaning “genuine, excellent” is 1942 in jazz slang. Related: Righteously.
Upright gets force from the idea of physical perpendicularity, a standing up straight by the standard of right ; righteous carries up the idea of right to the standards, motives, and sanctions of religion ; rightful applies not to conduct, but to claims by right : as, he is the rightful owner of the land ; just suggests by derivation a written law, but presumes that the law is a right one, or that there is above it, and if necessary overruling it, a law of God. This last is the uniform Biblical usage. Just generally implies the exercise of some power or authority. [Century Dictionary]
So far and in that which we have looked at:
‘The Kingdom of GOD’
And ‘The Kingdom of Heaven’
denote a ‘place’
An ‘abode’
The place and abode of the spirit of man and the Spirit of GOD
Not only action, or right thinking and conduct!
This then brings us to a logical question.
Is humanity somehow flawed, that we need ‘external’ religion:
‘Works of righteousness’, to justify our ‘worthiness’; before a wrathful, or judgemental GOD?
A GOD; from whom we are estranged and separated, for whatever reasons given, under the sun!
Therefore, we must carefully and religiously, approach GOD, re, ligion: again and through learning and instruction: as little children; for the rest of our lives?
Oh, how religion, politics, economics, law and the whole of human society is based upon this ‘unworthiness’ bullshit!
The U.S. and them.
The morally ‘righteous’ and the indefensible perpetual ‘sinners saved by works’:
Never by GRACE!
You must crawl on your hands and knees to a frowning, separated, being, who is so morally and righteously superior to us poor unworthy, ill born, degenerate humans:
The same we are made to feel and are ‘lectured’ on and upon. from all areas of life; be they religious, political, economic, ‘the law’ and it’s cartoon dress up stooges and by those who assume themselves, either above the law; the epitome of the law itself, or superior to the rest of us ‘mere’ human fodder; by dressing up in silly costumes, funny hats or crowns; fake smiles and promises … ad nauseam!
We all know the drill!
But if the kingdom of GOD IS WITHIN
And RIGHTEOUSNESS IS OUR VERY NATURE
AS CHILDREN AND OFFSPRING OF OUR FATHER THE ALL THAT IS
OUR SOURCE
OUR LIFE
OUR LOVE
AS THE EMBODIMENT OF LOVE ???
And we thus find, that ‘righteousness’, is not only right action and right thought; which is outward observance, or religion:
But the FRUIT OF CHILDREN OF THE KING
OF THE WORKS ACTIONS THOUGHTS INTENTIONS WORDS AND NATURE OF THE MOST HIGH GOD
OUR SOURCE AND CREATOR
OUR FATHER
OUR PROGENITOR
AND WE PROGENITORS
IN LIKE KIND
Yet, nowhere do we find the ‘right’ interpretation and description of who we as humans really are.
Are we this bag of bones?
This lump of flesh?
Mere cattle for the slaughter of those who presume to ‘rule’ over us?
Even if we see that we all enter and leave this human existence the same way without exception:
There is no moral justification, for one man to rule over another man!
Ever !!!
Let us look at some interpretations of our inward righteousness, misconstrued, inverted, misunderstood, misinterpreted, as that to be ‘worked out’, from an external or outward, unworthiness viewpoint only !!!
Always attaining to, running after and never actually reaching the goal of perfection!
For it is not seen, not understood, not perceived, by the physical senses:
“For My kingdom is not if this earth.” Jesus
All men, whose spirit is inspired by the Spirit of GOD:
Who have seen beyond and have entered in to that kingdom, that is within; know.
Unfortunately, those who have usurped our own righteousness, by teaching and proclaiming religion, as outward works, at the present moment, supposedly run the show.
Yet those who have and do enter within, do know of the true kingdom and the true wealth of that kingdom; that mere religious men, cannot know of, nor enter within:
For they sit either in darkness:
“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” Jesus
Or having the keys to the kingdom: as all men do:
Refuse to enter in and allow others, also, to enter in !!!
Religion is their interpretation of GOD
For they see with the eyes of the physical.
The five sense realm.
If they cannot see it, it cannot be real.
For personal gain and prestige, do they exist upon the earth, in exploitation of their own brothers and sisters:
ALL CHILDREN OF THE ONE TRUE GOD
THE FATHER OF US ALL !!!
THERE IS NO OTHER FATHER
THERE IS NO OTHER GOD
WE ARE ALL ONE IN HIM
THERE IS NO UNWORTHY
NO NOT ONE
WE ARE ALL OERFECT IN HIS SIGHT
FOR HE CALLS THOSE THINGS THAT BE NOT
(In their own estimation)
AS THOUGH THEY WERE
AND ARE !!!
Do we agree with man?
Or with GOD
Dies not GOD speak to us?
Does not GOD dwell is us?
Unless we were reprobate?
reprobate (adj.)
early 15c., “rejected as worthless,” from Late Latin reprobatus, past participle of reprobare “disapprove, reject, condemn,” from Latin re- “back, again,” here perhaps indicating “opposite of, reversal of previous condition” (see re-) + probare “prove to be worthy” (see probate (n.)). The meaning “abandoned in character, morally depraved, unprincipled” is by 1650s.
See Translation (beta)
reprobate (n.)
1540s, “one rejected by God, person given over to sin,” from reprobate (adj.). Sense of “abandoned or unprincipled person” is from 1590s.
See Translation (beta)
reprobate (v.)
early 15c., reprobaten, “condemn, disapprove vehemently,” from Late Latin reprobatus, past participle of reprobare “disapprove, reject, condemn” (see reprobate (adj.)). Later coming to mean “reject, put away, set aside” (by c. 1600). Related: Reprobated; reprobating.
re-
word-forming element meaning “back, back from, back to the original place;” also “again, anew, once more,” also conveying the notion of “undoing” or “backward,” etc. (see sense evolution below), c. 1200, from Old French re- and directly from Latin re- an inseparable prefix meaning “again; back; anew, against.”
Watkins (2000) describes this as a “Latin combining form conceivably from Indo-European *wret-, metathetical variant of *wert- “to turn.” De Vaan says the “only acceptable etymology” for it is a 2004 explanation which reconstructs a root in PIE *ure
“back.”
In earliest Latin the prefix became red- before vowels and h-, a form preserved in redact, redeem, redolent, redundant, redintegrate, and, in disguise, render (V.).
In some English words from French and Italian reappears as ra- and the following consonant is often doubled (see rally (v.1)).
The many meanings in the notion of “back” give re- its broad sense-range: “a turning back; opposition; restoration to a former state; “transition to an opposite state.” From the extended senses in “again,” re-becomes “repetition of an action,” and in this sense it is extremely common as a formative element in English, applicable to any verb. OED writes that it is “impossible to attempt a complete record of all the forms resulting from its use,” and adds that “The number of these is practically infinite ..”
Often merely intensive, and in many of the older borrowings from French and Latin the precise sense of re- is forgotten, lost in secondary senses, or weakened beyond recognition, so that it has no apparent semantic content (receive, recommend, recover, reduce, recreate, refer, religion, remain, request, require). There seem to have been more such words in Middle English than after, e.g. recomfort (v.) “to comfort, console; encourage;” recourse (n.) “a process, way, course.” Recover in Middle English also could mean “obtain, win” (happiness, a kingdom, etc.) with no notion of getting something back, also “gain the upper hand, overcome; arrive at;” also consider the legal sense of recovery as “obtain (property) by judgment or legal proceedings.”
And, due to sound changes and accent shifts, re-sometimes entirely loses its identity as a prefix (rebel, relic, remnant, restive, rest (n.2) “remainder,” rally (v.1) “bring together”). In a few words it is reduced to
r-, as in ransom (a doublet of redemption), rampart, etc.
It was used from Middle English in forming words from Germanic as well as Latin elements (rebuild, refill, reset, rewrite), and was used so even in Old French (regret, regard, reward, etc.).
Prefixed to a word beginning with e, re- is separated by a hyphen, as re-establish, re-estate, re-edity, etc. ; or else the second e has a dieresis over it: as, restablish, rembark, etc. The hyphen is also sometimes used to bring out emphatically the sense of repetition or iteration: as, sung and re-sung. The dieresis is not used over other vowels than e when re is prefixed : thus, reinforce, reunite, reabolish. [Century Dictionary, 1895]
probate (n.)
in law, “official proving of a will,” mid-15c., from Medieval Latin legalese use of Latin probatum “a thing proved,” neuter of probatus “tried, tested, proved,” past participle of probare “to try, test, prove” (see prove).
reprobate |’reprebeit |

DERIVATIVES
reprobation | ,epra’bein | noun
reprobative adjective reprobatory adjective
ORIGIN
late Middle English (as a verb): from Latin reprobat-
‘disapproved’, from the verb reprobare, from re-(expressing reversal) + probare ‘approve’.
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates. Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.”

righteousness | ‘ritfesnas |
noun (mass noun]
the quality of being morally right or justifiable: we had little doubt about the righteousness of our cause | conviction of his own moral righteousness gave his oratory an irresistible power.
religion (n.)
c . 1200, religioun, “state of life bound by monastic vows,” also “action or conduct indicating a belief in a divine power and reverence for and desire to please it,” from Anglo-French religiun (11c.), Old French religion, relegion “piety, devotion; religious community,” and directly from Latin religionem (nominative religio) “respect for what is sacred, reverence for the gods; conscientiousness, sense of right, moral obligation; fear of the gods; divine service, religious observance; a religion, a faith, a mode of worship, cult; sanctity, holiness,” in Late Latin “monastic life” (5c.).
This noun of action was derived by Cicero from relegere “go through again” (in reading or in thought), from re- “again” (see re-) + legere “read” (see lecture (n.)). However, popular etymology among the later ancients (Servius, Lactantius, Augustine) and the interpretation of many modern writers connects it with religare “to bind fast” (see rely), via the notion of “place an obligation on,” or “bond between humans and gods.” In that case, the re- would be intensive. Another possible origin is religiens “careful,” opposite of negligens.
In English, the meaning “particular system of faith in the worship of a divine being or beings” is by c. 1300; the sense of “recognition of and allegiance in manner of life (perceived as justly due) to a higher, unseen power or powers” is from 1530s.

lecture (n.)
c. 1300, “written works, literature;” late 14c., “learning from books,” from Medieval Latin lectura “a reading,” from Latin lectus, past participle of legere “to read,” originally “to gather, collect, pick out,
choose” (compare elect), from PlE root *leg- (1) “to collect, gather,” with derivatives meaning “to speak (to
‘pick out words’).” Thus to read is, perhaps, etymologically, to “pick out words.”
The sense of “a reading aloud, action of reading aloud” (either in divine worship or to students) in English emerged early 15c. That of “a discourse on a given subject before an audience for purposes of instruction” is from 1530s. Meaning “admonitory speech given with a view to reproof or correction” is from c. 1600.
Lecture-room is from 1793; lecture-hall from 1832. In Greek the words still had the double senses relating to
“to speak” and “to gather” (apologos “a story, tale, fable;” elaiologos “an olive gatherer”).
lecture (n.)
c. 1300, “written works, literature;” late 14c., “learning from books,” from Medieval Latin lectura “a reading,” from Latin lectus, past participle of legere “to read,” originally “to gather, collect, pick out,
choose” (compare elect), from PlE root *leg- (1) “to collect, gather,” with derivatives meaning “to speak (to
‘pick out words’).” Thus to read is, perhaps, etymologically, to “pick out words.”

lecture (v.)
1580s, “to read or deliver formal discourses,” from lecture (n.). Transitive sense “instruct by oral discourse” is from 1680s. Meaning “to address severely and at length” is from 1706. Related: Lectured; lecturing.
religious (adj.)
c. 1200, “devout, pious, imbued with or expressive of religious devotion,” used of Christians, Jews, pagans; also “belonging to a religious order,” from Anglo-French religius, Old French religious (12c., Modern French religieux) and directly from Latin religiosus,
“pious, devout, reverencing or fearing the gods,” also
“religiously careful, anxious, or scrupulous,” from religio
“religious observance; holiness” (see religion).
The meaning “pertaining to religion” is from 1530s. The transferred sense of “scrupulous, exact,
conscientious” is recorded from 1590s but restores or revives a sense right at home among the superstitious Romans. As a noun, from c. 1200 as “persons bound by vow to a religious order;” from late 14c. as “pious persons, the devout.” Related: Religiousness.

Here we can see that:
The words and the ‘place’ of;
Heaven and Heart, can be made interchangeable.
That there is no distinction between ‘the kingdom of heaven’, or ‘the kingdom of GOD’
and our ‘Hearts and Minds!’
That the RIGHTEOUSNESS that is of GOD
Is that of a Father and his children
A Creator and his Creation
GOD and gods !!!
Perfection is not that which is to be attained; or worked at religiously, until our outward man cease to perish.
But the true perfection, is the spirit of man, which is the candle of GOD
The Sons and Daughters of their FATHER
OUR FATHER
For with GOD there is no partiality!
No favourites!
No respect of one over another!
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
HAS NO CONDITIONS
COMPASSION LIKE THE SUN AND THE RAIN
DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE BETWEEN ONE IR THE OTHER
GRACE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL CHILDREN
MERCY DOES NOT DESPISE THE WEAK POOR AND HUMBLE
RIGHTEOUSNESS IF ONLY TO BE ATTAINED THROUGH HARD RELIGIOUS WORK
REDUCES GOD TO A MAN
A MANMADE GOD
NOT
ALL THAT IS
NOT
I AM THAT I AM
Now we can understand:
And many other scriptures;
As well as our relationship with
OUR FATHER

“For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
Matthew 5:20 KJV

“For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

None of this above, changes the fact of WHO WE ARE !!!
None of this ever implies that we must come to GOD somehow !!!
For the kingdom is our true home !!!
THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN AND OF GOD
IS IN THE HEART OF ALL MEN
IN WHOM DWELLS
LIFE
BREATH
RIGHTEOUSNESS
LOVE
AS ONE
IN
ALL THAT IS
OUR FATHER !!!
“What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone; as it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: And whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.”

THE SON SHOWS US SONSHIP
RELATIONSHIP
A WAY TO WALK IN TRUTH
RIGHTEOUSNESS
IN THE LIGHT
IN LIFE
AS WE ALREADY ARE
WE CANNOT BECOME ANY MORE RIGHTEOUS THAN WE ALREADY ARE IN THE NOW PRESENT MOMENT
OTHERWISE NOW IS NO MORE NOW
AND RIGHTEOUSNESS IS NO MORE RIGHTEOUSNESS
AND THE KINGDOM OF GOD
AND OF HEAVEN
DOES NOT DWELL IN AND WITH MANKIND
AND ALL OF CREATION
Thus then, there is some form of discrimination,
Some form of separation, between GOD and MAN.
Is not this the true meaning of religion?
To reawaken
To bring to light; that which already is?
Not that which is not.
Nor ever can be:
But in the sweet by and by.
If in the future.
In never never land?
Question everything my Brothers and Sisters
Question illegitimate authority.
Especially in the supposed name of GOD
I am somehow worthy and you are not!
You must do such and such to attain to right standing with OUR FATHER.
Come: Crawl on your knees, you unworthy sinner:
THROUGH ME !!!
The somehow righteous one, who has attained by works, my position; that I may gloat in your unworthiness.
Never ever let another man, tell you of a superiority, an edge, that he has over all the unfortunate mass of humanity.
That he has attained through hard work:
Been promoted and recognised by GOD and man and thus has the right to teach how to be one with GOD through these works of the flesh!
Know yourselves that GOD IS OUR FATHER.
That we and he have always been.
That we are temporarily in these human vessels,
But that we are:
Present tense fact and have always been:
THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS
ALL MEN AND WOMEN EVERYWHERE
EVERY PLACE
Not through our own works of righteousness,
But through the ULTIMATE SON OF OUR FATHER
Showing us ALL THE WAY
THE TRUTH
AND THE LIFE
WE ALL HAVE ALWAYS
AS ETERNAL BEINGS IF
LIGHT AND LOVE
GOD IS LOVE
AND WE AND ALL OF CREATION
DWELLS IN HIM

GOD
A VERY PRESENT HELP IN TIME OF NEED
FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN AND OF GOD
DWELLS WITHIN US
AND IN FACT ALL OF US

LIVE AND MOVE

“Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall change our (frail) body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”
